These terms apply to purchases of AI Visibility Command Center™ from AsifsTransformvault. By placing an order, you confirm that the order information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Product and access

• The product is a downloadable educational and business-optimization toolkit supplied in common office-file formats.
• The Business Licence is for personal and internal business use. Client-service use requires the separately purchased Agency Commercial License upgrade.
• Agency licensees may use completed, client-specific audits and reports with their own clients. They may not resell, redistribute, repackage, sublicense, or claim authorship of the underlying source templates.
• Buyers are responsible for compatible software, internet access, secure storage, and keeping an original backup and proof of purchase.

Pricing and payment

The launch Business Licence price is US$49 through 27 September 2026 at 11:59 PM IST; the stated standard price is US$69. The Agency Commercial License is US$108 one-time when selected. The checkout shows the authoritative order total and any applicable taxes before payment.

No performance guarantee

AI and search outputs are dynamic. The toolkit does not guarantee mentions, citations, rankings, traffic, leads, sales, or revenue. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Perplexity, or another AI/search provider unless explicitly stated.

Responsible use

Users must verify current platform rules, respect privacy and intellectual-property rights, avoid spam and manipulative schemes, and apply professional judgment before implementing recommendations or delivering client work.

Privacy Policy

AsifsTransformvault uses the minimum information reasonably needed to process orders, deliver files, provide support, maintain transaction records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Information processed

• Name, email address, and other checkout information you submit.
• Order details, licence selection, receipt and transaction identifiers, payment status, and support correspondence.
• Basic technical and usage information that the storefront or payment provider collects for security, reliability, and fraud prevention.

Payment information

Payments are processed by the payment gateway displayed at checkout and the FlexiFunnels storefront. AsifsTransformvault does not receive or store your complete card number or security code. Those providers process payment data under their own policies and security controls.

Use, sharing, and retention

Information is used for fulfilment, support, recordkeeping, security, and lawful business administration. It may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the purchase and delivery process, or where required by law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may contact AsifsTransformvault to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and lawful record-retention requirements. Transactional messages needed to deliver or support a purchase are not marketing subscriptions.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This is an immediately accessible digital product rather than a subscription or physical shipment.

• Orders may be cancelled before digital access or delivery begins by contacting support promptly. Cancellation cannot be assured after access has been issued or the file has been delivered.
• Because the complete digital package is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery except for a duplicate charge, an inaccessible or materially corrupt delivery that cannot be remedied, a payment error confirmed by the processor, or where applicable law requires a refund.
• If a file is missing, inaccessible, or corrupt, contact support with the purchase email and order details. The first remedy will normally be restored access or a replacement copy.
• Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and remain subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

To request help, cancellation, or a refund review, email asifali.ali98@gmail.com with the purchaser name, purchase email, order reference, and a concise description of the issue. Do not send card numbers or security codes.

Digital Delivery / Shipping Policy

No physical item is shipped. After a successful, captured payment, access instructions are displayed on the confirmation page and sent to the email used at checkout. The product is delivered as a downloadable ZIP package.

• Check the inbox, spam, and promotions folders associated with the purchase email.
• Download the ZIP, unzip it on a computer, open the START HERE guide, and save a secure backup.
• Delivery may be delayed by payment review, email filtering, an incorrect email address, or a temporary service issue.
• If access does not arrive or the download fails, contact support with the order reference so delivery can be verified and restored.

There are no physical shipping fees, tracking numbers, or delivery addresses for this product.
